Shipping Damages
Active8sport is responsible for the transportation risk, ie. the risk that the goods might get damaged or lost during shipment to the Partner. The Partner bears the risk in the event of a return to Active8sport. The Partner is obligated to report any shipping damage to Active8sport within a reasonable time from the moment that the goods have been received. The Partner is therefore responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the goods as soon as possible after receiving the goods. The Partner must also maintain the product´s packaging, so that it can be inspected at the management of claims.
