Based on the Tierra frame concept, the Neutron is a fun tech bike with a 20.6” TT, short 13.2” rear end, medium 8.25“ bar and 27mm. offset fork. Also the seat tube is 0.4” offset to have the same leg clearance as a 21” frame.
